Caroline Mackenzie (carolinemackenzie.co.uk) and Claire Henderson Davis (clairehendersondavis.com) are both artists working to realise a fully incarnational vision of the Christian tradition, giving equal weight to the divine feminine as partner to the divine masculine in our naming of God. Caroline is a sculptor and Claire, a performance artist and liturgical theologian. Christa Unfolding
Christa Unfolding is a series of nine sculptures by Caroline, which narrate a woman’s journey following Jesus. These sculptures are at the centre of a project with Claire to explore The Divine Feminine in Christianity as described in our shared vision statement. Each sculpture will cost £25,000 to make and cast in bronze. Caroline is seeking individuals and/or organisations willing to sponsor a sculpture and help realise this project.
